Framework
The Six-Segmented Frequency Shift™
A developing human-development framework created by Roge't Harper, examining the relationship between alignment, behavior, identity, environment, communication and transformation.
Origin
Why the framework exists
The framework came from a pattern visible in both human-services work and creative production: people receive the same opportunity, and the change lasts for some and reverses for others. It proposes that durable change requires six segments to move together. Address one or two and the shift is temporary. Address them as a system and the shift tends to hold.
The Six Segments
Alignment through transformation
Segment 01
Alignment
Whether a person's stated intentions, values and daily decisions point in the same direction. Misalignment is usually the first thing that shows up in a stalled trajectory.
Segment 02
Behavior
The repeatable actions that either sustain a new opportunity or quietly end it. Behavior is where intention becomes evidence.
Segment 03
Identity
How a person understands who they are inside a new environment. Access rarely holds when identity has not caught up to the opportunity.
Segment 04
Environment
The rooms, relationships and standards a person is regularly exposed to. Environment either raises the baseline or reinforces the ceiling.
Segment 05
Communication
The ability to be understood — to advocate, collaborate, negotiate and represent oneself accurately in professional settings.
Segment 06
Transformation
The observable shift that results when the other five segments move together, and the point at which change becomes durable rather than momentary.
In Practice
How the framework is applied
In production and program design the framework functions as a diagnostic. When a participant is not progressing, the question is which segment is unattended — often environment or communication.
The framework is developed within the Higher Frequencies ecosystem and is still in development. It is written about openly as it evolves.
